At Mockberg, we want you to love your jewelry and watches, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Mockberg gift box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to your nearest authorized courier point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
